“The drop off/pick up is super convenient. The team will run out to grab your dog from your car in the mornings, you don't even need to park. They'll also run your dog back out to you when you're picking up. Even when it's pouring rain outside, they'll still come outside to make sure you aren't inconvenienced in any way. One time it was raining pretty bad and Robert came out and carried Mango inside so her little feets wouldn't have to get wet. So, so sweet! These guys really make me feel at ease that Mango is under the best possible care.”

But mostly significant is how a shy dog flourishes here. The calm, perceptive, and patient demeanor of the trainers has my shy dog feeling bold and confident when she comes home. My boy dog has separation anxiety and has trouble eating but these folks hand feed him when he’s there! I'm forever grateful!”

Carolina spent time with her and took baby steps to introduce her to the other dogs. By the time I came to pick Chowder up, she was in a room together with two other very chill dogs, and she was doing just fine! I've never seen Chowder in the same space with other dogs like this!
