It depends, especially grooming, because coats aren’t the same. We have standard rates. Packages and loyal subscription members get a real break. We stay flexible. We don’t raise a price unless we’ve raised what you get.
Parking on Robertson is not always easy. Culver City has curbside. Pull into the loading zone, call or text, and someone comes out to pick up or bring out your dog or cat.
Vaccination records if we don’t already have them. Dogs: rabies, distemper, and bordetella. Cats: rabies and FVRCP. Meds with the dose written down. Their usual food if they eat something specific. A toy or blanket is only for dogs in a private boarding room. Nothing personal in the dormitory. Other dogs will mark it and chew it. That’s just what happens.
First cancel is free. After that, the next booking needs a $50 deposit, and that $50 goes toward that visit. If you cancel that one too, we don’t refund it. You can still use it on another date within 30 days. After 30 days it expires, and Wags 2 Whiskers keeps the $50.
Daycare works like school: mini, half, and full days. Supervised play, rest, and staff in the room. Boarding is that day plus a bed at night. Dogs play on the Earthing Play floor, split by size and energy. Cats have their own area.
Yes. Boarding staff is on site all night. They are not left alone.
No. Walks are extra on daycare and boarding. Ask at drop-off. Walks are not a grooming add-on.

A bath here is a Wellness Wash because the water is reverse osmosis, and because we do a wellness check while they’re here. We look at skin, coat, ears, nails, teeth, and glands. Bath, ears, nails, teeth, gland check, skin and coat. We look for anything that looks off. We do not diagnose, and we do not replace your vet. If something looks off, we tell you. Need a cut? Book Wellness Wash + Haircut. The cut is in that price.
The Works is everything. Conditioner, then shampoo, then conditioner, plus extra coat work: lymphatic massage, teeth brushing, nail grinding, a deshed or demat block, and a slicker finish. $50. Add it to a Wellness Wash or a Wellness Wash + Haircut. Close-open-close is why: conditioner, shampoo, conditioner — close the coat, open it, close it again.
Dogs about 1.5 to 3 hours, depending on size and coat. Some cats take up to 2 hours. Book a week or two ahead for weekends.
Heavy matting takes more time and costs more. Regular grooming stays ahead of it. Past 8 to 10 weeks on a long coat, expect a longer visit and more charges. We’ll say so before we start.
Yes. Cats are separate from dogs. Individual condos, climbing, perches, scratching posts, hiding spots, and a tinted window onto the dog play so they can watch without mixing.
No. Each cat has their own space. Bonded cats from the same home can share if they’re comfortable. Tell us when you book. Staff does one-on-one time with cats who like people.
Same hours, 6 a.m. to 9 p.m., every day. Day in the cat area. Boarding is overnight in their condo, with staff here all night. Bring their food if they need it. We can feed what we have if you don’t. Cat daycare and boarding are the same price because of the setup: kitted condos, litter, and their own things that do not get shared.
No. Cats do not need a Meet and Greet and do not need to be brought in for one. That’s for dogs, daycare and boarding. Cat grooming books without it.
Yes. Every cat gets a Wellness Wash. You can add The Works. Haircuts, including lion cuts, are for medical reasons. Otherwise we brush them out and keep coat and skin healthy.
Baths use reverse osmosis water, not tap.
Dogs play on Earthing Play floor, the same idea as the park or the beach: playing on the earth, the earth’s energy. Cats do not have that floor. Cats have earthing mats inside the kitty condos and outside them too.
